How a contract is signed with InfoSign

You prepare the contract in your management software and send it for signature. If there are many, all at once: each person receives their own.
The signer receives an email with the link and a one-time code (also by SMS, if the company enables it) that confirms they are who they say they are.
They open it in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install, and sign with a finger.
If they are at the office, they sign in person on a company tablet.
The signed contract comes back to your server instantly, with its evidence document.

The EU eIDAS Regulation does not allow a signature to be denied legal effect or value as evidence solely because it is electronic. That is why every contract signed with InfoSign comes with its evidence document:
