Yes. From your management software you send the documents for your whole workforce in one go, and each person receives and signs their own. If the employee is at the office, they can also sign in person on a company tablet.

The file that accompanies every signed document and records how the signing process went: the document’s fingerprint before and after signing, the date and time of each step, the IP address and device, and how the signer was identified.
