Are documents signed with InfoSign legally valid?
Yes. Every signed document comes with an evidence file with full validity and legal backing. In addition, every signed document carries a qualified timestamp, issued by a provider on the Spanish Ministry’s trusted list. The EU eIDAS Regulation recognises the legal effect of electronic signatures and does not allow them to be denied value as evidence solely because they are electronic.
