The European eIDAS Regulation (EU 910/2014) gives electronic signatures legal effect and does not allow them to be denied as evidence in court solely because they are electronic. In Spain, Ley 6/2020 (Spanish Act on trust services) regulates electronic trust services.

  • Document fingerprint (hash): any later change is detected.
  • Date and time of every step: sending, opening and signing.
  • Signer identification and, if enabled, their OTP code by SMS.
  • Notifications with proof of receipt, just like a burofax.
