Does the signer have to install anything?

No. Any device with internet access and a browser will do: phone, tablet or computer.

Can I send documents to many people for signature at once?

Yes. From your management software you send the documents for your whole workforce in one go, and each person receives and signs their own. If the employee is at the office, they can also sign in person on a company tablet.

What is OTP verification?

An extra layer of security: before signing, the person receives a one-time code by email (and, if the company enables it, also by SMS) that confirms they are who they say they are.

Are documents signed with InfoSign legally valid?

Yes. Every signed document comes with an evidence file with full validity and legal backing. In addition, every signed document carries a qualified timestamp, issued by a provider on the Spanish Ministry’s trusted list.
