Do you need to download an app to sign on your phone?

No. The document opens in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer: there is nothing to install.

How does the company know the right person is signing?

Before signing, the person receives a one-time code by email (and, if the company enables it, also by SMS). The evidence document records how they were identified, the date and time of each step, the IP address and the device.

Can people sign on a tablet at the office?

Yes. Anyone at the office can sign in person on a company tablet, with a finger, just like on their phone.

Are documents signed with InfoSign legally valid?
